This single-origin 68% Dominican Republic dark chocolate is handcrafted in micro batches in Glasgow. With taste notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts, the Maldon salt is ground smooth within the chocolate for 24 hours and acts as a flavour indicator to bring out the natural sweetness from the cacao. The salt creates the perfect balance of sweet and savoury – making it incredibly complex and moreish.

Cameron and Lara, handcraft their award winning chocolate in micro batches in Glasgow. They believe that chocolate should be pure, delicious and ethical. They select the best cacao beans from rare origins around the world and pay a premium price for them. Honouring the farmers, the cacao and the maker. They also only use packaging that is from recycled sources including paper made from recycled coffee cups and wrappers made from Vegware - no foil, no plastic.
