Can I collect from your store in St. Albans?
Apologies, but the store is now closed and we are unable to offer local collection or delivery at this time.
I need my gift in a hurry. Can you help?
Of course we can! You can select our next day delivery service at checkout for £6.
I am sending my gift directly to the recipient. Will the receipt show prices?
No, we do not include any invoices or order confirmations to avoid unnecessary use of paper, so they will receive their gift just as if you had wrapped it yourself!
Can I include a message with my order?
Yes! All gift boxes include a space to write your gift message or for orders of individual items you can add the message at checkout.
Do you offer a gift wrap service?
Yes! Our gift boxes, both ready made and create your own, arrive beautifully wrapped in our bespoke gift wrap and include a matching card too!
Is your packaging recyclable?
All of our packaging is recyclable including the tissue paper, boxes, envelopes, paper tape and thank you cards. Our labels are soon to be biodegradable. I may sometimes reuse plastic bubble wrap received from suppliers, although usually this will be made from recycled plastics.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship to the UK, I hope this will change soon but at the moment it is not possible for me to ship to Europe or the rest of the World.
