Can I collect from your store in St. Albans?
The store will be remaining closed for the moment as I have three children at home. I therefore cannot offer a 'Click and Collect' service, however I am offering free local delivery within St. Albans and UK shipping is free for all orders over £50.
I need my gift in a hurry. Can you help?
Whilst the physical store is closed I am unable to offer Next Day Delivery, however I am doing my best to ship out every order as quickly as possible. Should you need your order by a certain date, please get in touch via the Contact Page and I will try to help.
I am sending my gift directly to the recipient. Will the receipt show prices?
No, the receipts inside the parcels do not show any prices.
Can I include a message with my order?
Yes! You can write your message in the Comments Box during checkout. If you like, you can also purchase a greetings card and I will handwrite your message inside.
Do you offer a gift wrap service?
All orders are carefully wrapped in tissue paper. I will soon be offering gift boxes for you to fill and ship directly to the recipient!
Is your packaging recyclable?
All of our packaging is recyclable including the tissue paper, boxes, envelopes, paper tape and thank you cards. Our labels are soon to be biodegradable. I may sometimes reuse plastic bubble wrap received from suppliers, although usually this will be made from recycled plastics.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship to the UK and Europe. If you would like to order from another country, please order via our store page on Trouva.
